Novecrafto always provides FREE standard shipping on ALL orders – no minimums or exclusions! Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you want to pick item yourself that is not a issue. Please just contact us in advance so we would be prepared and waiting for you.

60 DAY RETURNS
Return shipping from anywhere in the UK is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Novecrafto, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must be unused with the original tags attached and with the original packaging. Basically,  item must be returned as received. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Please contact us to start the return process. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us right theway 

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Novecrafto will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

EXCHANGES
You also have the option to exchange an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. You may be able to process an exchange yourself for certain eligible orders in your Novecrafto.com account. If an order is eligible, you will see an option in your account to select an item to exchange, and will be provided the instructions and terms that apply to your exchange.
